As the core power supply unit of the whole system, the ALC2000S programmable 3-phase AC power supply adopts two core technologies: SPWM high-frequency pulse width modulation and DDS direct digital synthesis. It delivers pure and stable sine waves with superior frequency stability and waveform continuity, enabling accurate simulation of standard power grids as well as abnormal voltage and frequency conditions to meet complex testing requirements. The equipment supports full-range voltage adjustment in two ranges: 0–150V and 0–300V. Its standard frequency range is 45–200Hz, while optional models extend the range to 40–500Hz. The adjustment step of voltage and frequency is as low as 0.01. Equipped with high-precision sampling modules, its measurement accuracy for voltage, current and power reaches 0.5% FS, making it compatible with tests for special waveforms such as half-sine waves and waveforms with DC components. Furthermore, it embeds an intelligent embedded monitoring system and is fitted with an RS232C communication interface; a GPIB interface is available as an option. It supports remote control and data acquisition with fast command response, and can be integrated into automatic test systems. It stores 30 sets of programmable operation sequences and 9 groups of parameter memory, allowing batch configuration of voltage, frequency, operation duration and other parameters to greatly boost testing efficiency.
As a critical auxiliary device, the load bank is fully compatible with the ALC2000S power supply, mainly used to simulate actual loads as well as real operating conditions including full load, overload and instantaneous impact on equipment. When operated in tandem, the two devices can fully replicate the power consumption environment throughout the full lifecycle of electrical products to complete core processes such as aging tests, service life tests and on-load performance inspections. The complete unit is equipped with a comprehensive safety protection system. The power supply integrates multi-layer protections against overvoltage, overcurrent, overload, short circuit and current limiting. It withstands instantaneous current up to 3 times the rated value and completes voltage stabilization response within 2ms after load switching. The load bank accurately matches various power levels to realize stepped loading and stable power dissipation, eliminating issues like voltage fluctuation and equipment damage during testing and ensuring long-term continuous operation of the entire system.
This series of technical supporting equipment boasts a full range of power specifications covering multiple grades from 6kVA to 450kVA. It accepts standard industrial 380V three-phase mains input and features strong environmental adaptability, operating stably within the temperature range of -10°C to 45°C. Wide-temperature customized versions are available for special working conditions. At present, the equipment is widely deployed in factory testing of household appliances including air conditioner compressors, motors and lighting rectifiers, performance verification of transformers and electrical components, as well as special testing for 400Hz aerospace power supplies, military equipment and medical devices.
