The core unit of the complete set, the ALC2000 single-phase AC power supply, adopts industry-leading SPWM (Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation) technology combined with advanced DDS (Direct Digital Synthesis) waveform generation technology. It outputs pure and standard sine waves with a total harmonic distortion as low as 2% under purely resistive load conditions, effectively avoiding interference caused by waveform distortion to test results and fully meeting the strict power quality requirements of high-precision electrical detection. The device boasts a wide adjustable range of voltage and frequency. The output voltage has two ranges: 0-150V and 0-300V with a minimum adjustment step of 0.1V. The standard output frequency ranges from 45Hz to 200Hz, and a wide-frequency version of 40-500Hz is also available as an option. It features a frequency resolution of 0.1Hz and frequency stability up to 0.01%. The equipment can simulate both conventional mains power conditions and special voltage & frequency environments to satisfy testing demands for various products.

The ALC2000 power supply is equipped with comprehensive protection functions including current limiting, overload, short circuit, overvoltage, overcurrent and overtemperature protection. When operating in conjunction with the load bank, it supports full-load, half-load, impulse load and continuous load tests covering all working conditions. The unit delivers excellent anti-impact performance and can withstand transient impact current up to three times the rated value. Its voltage regulation response time is within 2ms under 100% load-on and load-off conditions. The graded overload protection mechanism enables accurate shutdown duration corresponding to different overload ratios, which greatly enhances the operational safety and service life of the whole set, making it ideal for long-term aging tests, cyclic impact tests and other high-intensity testing work.
 
This complete equipment stands out for its convenient operation and excellent automatic testing performance. The main unit is built with an embedded intelligent monitoring system and equipped with RS232C communication interface, while GPIB interface is optional. It features fast command response and can be seamlessly connected to automatic production test lines. The device has 6 groups of frequently-used parameter memory and 30 sets of programmable operating programs. Users can customize voltage, frequency, ramp time and operation duration, and conduct up to 999,999 consecutive cyclic tests, which greatly reduces manual work and improves testing efficiency. It also achieves superior measurement accuracy for voltage, current, power, power factor and other parameters with low measurement errors, guaranteeing authentic and reliable test data.
