The ALC1000 Standard Single-phase AC Variable Frequency Power Load Bank is a dedicated supporting test device tailored for the ALC1000 series single-phase variable frequency power supply. Combined together, they form a complete comprehensive AC power test system. Widely used in electronic appliances, motor equipment, aerospace and military industries, export product inspection, laboratory R&D and other scenarios, it serves as core supporting equipment for power performance verification, product aging test and operating condition simulation, effectively solving the problem that a single variable frequency power supply cannot simulate actual load conditions.
 
Leveraging the core performance advantages of the ALC1000 variable frequency power supply and the accurate load simulation capability of the load bank, this integrated system enables full-condition testing. Adopting SPWM high-frequency pulse width modulation and DDS direct digital synthesis technology, the ALC1000 power supply outputs pure sine waves. It features two voltage ranges: 0-150V (low range) and 0-300V (high range). The standard frequency range is 45-120Hz, with customizable expansion from 40Hz to 500Hz. The adjustment resolution is 0.1V for voltage and 0.1Hz for frequency, delivering outstanding regulation accuracy. Equipped with multiple protection functions including overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuit and overload protection, it can withstand 3 times the rated current instantaneously and maintains excellent load stability, providing a stable and reliable standard power source for load bank tests.
 
The supporting load bank is designed for single-phase AC load simulation, which can accurately replicate resistive, inductive, capacitive and other load types. It is compatible with all power models of the ALC1000 series (0.5K-150K) and supports multiple operating modes such as constant voltage, constant current and constant power factor. It can simulate real operating conditions including sudden load application and removal, long-term full-load operation and overload impact. The device collects and feeds back key parameters in real time, including voltage, current, active power, frequency and power factor. Its measurement accuracy is perfectly matched with the ALC1000 power supply, ensuring authentic and valid test data for technicians to analyze the operating status of power supplies and tested products.
 
In terms of functional design, the whole system balances practicality and intelligence. The ALC1000 power supply is built with 3 sets of parameter memory functions for quick access to frequently used test parameters. Combined with the data recording and exporting functions of the load bank, it supports long-term continuous aging tests and cycle life tests, and can automatically generate test reports to greatly improve testing efficiency. The device is standard equipped with RS232C communication interface, with GPIB interface available as an option. It supports remote control via upper computer and can be integrated into automated test production lines, meeting the intelligent operation demands of modern factories and testing laboratories. The system operates steadily with low load regulation rate. The waveform distortion is only 2% under pure resistive load, and the frequency stability reaches 0.01%, fully complying with high-precision testing requirements.
 
For operating environment adaptability, the whole system works stably at temperatures from 0℃ to 45℃ under non-condensing humidity conditions. Adopting forced air cooling, it features high heat dissipation efficiency and avoids abnormal temperature rise during prolonged continuous tests. With fully isolated input and output circuits as well as insulation protection design of the load bank, the equipment meets relevant voltage resistance and insulation standards, effectively preventing safety hazards such as electric leakage and short circuit, and protecting both operators and equipment.
