IPDCL1000 series battery simulator adopts single/three-phase PFC regenerative design and full digital PWM rectification technology. The AC-DC bidirectional conversion applies four-quadrant SVPWM technology to realize bidirectional energy flow. It achieves a power factor of over 0.99 and 100% energy feedback, with minimal pollution to the power grid.
 
Equipped with multiple operation modes, the equipment can accurately simulate battery charging and discharging characteristics, replacing physical power batteries for various testing scenarios. It complies with the national standard GB/T 14549-1993 for power quality and public grid harmonic requirements. Featuring high output accuracy and fast dynamic response, it feeds 100% recycled energy back to the power grid efficiently and stably.
 
Widely applied in new energy vehicle motor and electronic control testing, power battery pack charge-discharge testing, and other power electronic testing fields, it supports product R&D in the early stage, type testing, reliability testing, and factory production testing in mass production.
 
This product fully meets the power supply requirements specified in GB/T18488.1-2015, GB/T18488.2-2015 and GB/T29307-2012 testing standards.
