Programmable AC Load Box: Choose PLB-D/S Single & Three-Phase Series
In scenarios of power inspection, equipment acceptance and aging testing, high-performance programmable AC loads are core equipment to ensure accurate test data and stable operation. The PLB-D/S single and three-phase series belongs to the AC/DC test load category. As a flagship model of the PLB AC load series, it covers single-phase, three-phase, RL resistive-inductive, RLC resistive-inductive-capacitive, RCD non-linear and other load types, meeting AC power simulation testing demands across diverse industries and working conditions.
This load box features wide application coverage, suitable for routine maintenance, project acceptance, factory inspection and long-term aging tests of switching power supplies, intermediate-frequency aviation power supplies, inverters, generator sets, UPS and other equipment. It accurately simulates pure resistive, inductive, capacitive and mixed load conditions, and fully restores the startup, stable operation and transient switching status of equipment. It effectively evaluates the comprehensive performance of AC power supplies under various loads, providing reliable data support for product research, quality control and equipment safe operation.
Adopting an optimized segmented power input design, the equipment adapts flexibly to various test loads and power factor adjustment requirements. Equipped with a 7-inch LCD touch screen and instrument display, it delivers intuitive and simple operation. With automatic power compensation tracking and energy calibration functions, it can automatically adjust load levels in real time and set discharge power with one click, greatly simplifying testing procedures and improving work efficiency.
The PLB-D/S series boasts outstanding performance. It supports programmable setting of 0~30 groups of power and current, with a minimum response time of 1ms and up to 999,999 cycles. Featuring ultra-high 1W load resolution, it realizes precise load adjustment to meet high-precision testing standards. It supports sudden load increase and decrease simulation to replicate harsh working environments and truly verify the load capacity and operating efficiency of power discharge equipment.
It is equipped with a comprehensive safety protection system, including emergency stop, overloading, short circuit and overheating protection, which automatically cuts off the load under abnormal conditions. Customizable temperature threshold ranging from 0~100℃ and real-time temperature monitoring are available. Combined with upper and lower voltage limit settings, the equipment can automatically adjust to a safe voltage range to avoid potential testing risks.
Diversified control modes are available, including local panel operation and LoRa wireless remote PC control. Test data can be uploaded, recorded and stored synchronously for subsequent traceability and analysis. Built with an intelligent power factor navigator, the system automatically calculates load output values after setting power, current and power factor, enabling one-click startup and lowering operation difficulty.
It adopts high-quality new resistance components with high power density, no overheating red-hot phenomenon, stable operation and long service life. Customizable options include continuously adjustable power factor from 0.3 to 1, customized resistive, inductive and capacitive models, as well as integrated AC/DC all-in-one machines to satisfy dual AC and DC testing needs.
Widely applied in electric power communication, rail transit, civil aviation, military, finance and enterprise sectors, it is ideal for testing 400Hz intermediate-frequency equipment, charging piles, transformers and electrical switches. It serves as an optimal programmable load device for scientific research, production commissioning, military high-precision testing and daily operation & maintenance acceptance.
