The product features an integrated design of independent dual-gun testing, built-in load cabinet and high-precision measurement, eliminating drawbacks of traditional single-gun testing such as low efficiency, cumbersome external load connection and large data deviation. Its voltage ranges from 0V to 750V with overload capacity up to 800V. The total power reaches 240kW, with 120kW per single gun. The adjustable current per gun is 1-250A, and combined dual-gun current peaks at 500A, perfectly matching testing requirements of mainstream and high-power superchargers. Adopting modular structure, the integrated load cabinet supports resistive load and regenerative load modes. It enables full-load aging test, temperature rise test and load performance verification without extra external load equipment, simplifying testing procedures and cutting equipment investment costs.
High precision constitutes the core competitiveness of EVDS1000 series. Custom high-voltage divider sensors and optical fiber signal transmission technology are applied. The voltage resolution is 0.1V and current resolution 0.1A. The measurement error of voltage and current is controlled within ±0.1%, and even reaches ±0.05% on high-precision versions. Stable detection accuracy is maintained under harsh temperatures ranging from -30℃ to 70℃. It accurately captures subtle anomalies like voltage fluctuation and current deviation, preventing potential quality risks caused by measurement errors. The device fully complies with JJG 1149-2022 verification regulation and GB/T 27930-2015 national standard.
It boasts comprehensive and intelligent functions. Full-process BMS simulation is available to reproduce actual charging scenarios including communication handshake, power adjustment, charging termination and fault alarm, compatible with mainstream protocols such as GB/T 27930-2015 and 2023. The built-in intelligent fault injection module simulates dozens of abnormal working conditions including overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, insulation failure and communication interruption, thoroughly verifying the reliability of charger protection systems. Fitted with a 7-inch high-definition touch screen, the device offers simple and intuitive operation. Matched with upper computer software, it displays real-time data of voltage, current, power and temperature, generates dynamic curves and standardized test reports, and supports data export and traceability, realizing automatic testing and intelligent management.
Safety design runs through the whole device. A three-level protection system consisting of insulation monitoring, leakage current alarm and high-voltage interlock effectively avoids high-voltage risks and protects operators and equipment. The cabinet-type structure features reasonable layout and efficient heat dissipation, suitable for stationary laboratory use and on-site mobile testing with balanced stability and portability.
