PLB-D/S Programmable AC Single/Three-phase Intelligent Programmable Load Bank

Combined with optimized segmented power input technology, the minimum adjustment accuracy reaches 1W, with voltage resolution up to 0.1V and current resolution up to 0.01A, ensuring high precision and stability of load simulation. The device supports simulation of pure resistive, inductive, capacitive and mixed loads, which can accurately restore the actual load-bearing operating conditions of various power supplies.
Intelligent program control is the core advantage of the PLB-D/S series. Equipped with a 7-inch touch screen control system, it is built-in with 30 sets of programmable test procedures, and supports three load modes: constant power, constant current and constant resistance. It realizes sudden power on/off, linear ramp load and custom waveform simulation with a minimum execution interval of only 100ms and maximum 990,000 cyclic tests. It is equipped with automatic tracking energy calibration function to compensate load errors in real time and adjust load levels automatically, ensuring consistent and accurate test results. Meanwhile, it integrates RS232/485/USB/CAN communication interfaces, supporting upper computer remote control and real-time data transmission, which meets the integration demands of automatic test systems.
Comprehensive safety protection designs are adopted throughout the equipment, including over-voltage, over-current, over-power, over-temperature, short circuit and emergency stop multi-protection mechanisms. With a temperature monitoring range of 0-300℃, it can quickly cut off loads and trigger sound-light alarms under abnormal working conditions to ensure the safety of both the equipment and tested samples. The cabinet is made of high-strength cold-rolled steel plate with high-efficiency heat dissipation structure and intelligent temperature-controlled fans, maintaining stable temperature rise under full-load operation. It adapts to wide working temperatures from -10℃ to 45℃ and meets the demands of long-term continuous testing in industrial scenarios.
