Zhimao Load Bank - Essential Tester for EV Charging Pile Monitoring

Date:

19 May,2026

With the popularization of new energy vehicles, the workload of operation & maintenance, acceptance inspection and fault troubleshooting for charging piles keeps increasing. Common issues such as abnormal communication between vehicles and piles, charging interruption, unstable power output and circuit faults occur frequently. Traditional testing equipment features complicated operation, low precision and poor scene adaptability, failing to meet the demands of efficient industry maintenance.
Ningbo Zhimao has launched the EVAC load box vehicle-pile charging monitoring adapter box. It integrates load simulation, data monitoring, fault diagnosis and message analysis into one unit. Featuring high precision, multiple functions and portability, it serves as a practical tool for EV charging pile maintenance, perfectly applicable to all kinds of AC charging pile testing scenarios.
Developed exclusively for vehicle-pile interconnection detection, this adapter box realizes dual functions of load simulation and real-time monitoring. Different from ordinary single-function monitoring devices, it is built-in with intelligent load modules to accurately simulate actual charging load conditions of electric vehicles and restore real daily charging working status. It effectively solves industry pain points including inaccurate no-load test data and inability to simulate actual charging faults.
This device supports testing of 220V household and 380V commercial AC charging piles with wide current adaptation range, fully meeting acceptance inspection, routine patrol and maintenance testing needs of most mainstream AC charging piles on the market.
Equipped with high-precision acquisition chips, it achieves accurate detection up to 0.1V/A. Core parameters including voltage, current, power and temperature can be collected and analyzed in real time without data loss. It continuously monitors CP pilot signals, CC connection confirmation signals and vehicle-pile communication messages to capture subtle abnormalities during the whole charging process.
Its detection error is as low as ±0.1%, far exceeding the industrial average data accuracy standard. It can accurately locate hidden faults like charging disconnection, communication interruption, power attenuation and poor contact.
Practicality and safety are also its core advantages. Adopting six-fold safety protection design, it is equipped with multi-protection functions against short circuit, overcurrent, over temperature and overload. Matched with forced heat dissipation system, it supports 24-hour continuous stable operation, suitable for high-intensity work such as batch acceptance of charging stations, daily maintenance and emergency fault repair.
It supports real-time data upload and remote diagnosis, recording full-range charging data and fault information to reproduce fault conditions remotely, greatly reducing troubleshooting difficulty and improving maintenance efficiency. Adopting lightweight and portable design, it features simple wiring and easy operation without complicated debugging, which is easy to use even for new operators.
Widely applicable to factory inspection by charging pile manufacturers, on-site acceptance by engineering companies, daily patrol inspection and fault troubleshooting by maintenance teams, the Zhimao EVAC load monitoring adapter box can replace traditional load equipment, detectors and message analyzers. It greatly cuts down equipment procurement and maintenance costs. With stable performance and precise testing capability, it has become an indispensable monitoring tool in the new energy charging industry, ensuring safe and stable operation of electric vehicle charging piles.
