The ED250A DC Vehicle Interface Simulator is a high-precision testing equipment independently developed by Ningbo Zhimao Load Bank manufacturer specifically for the testing of new energy DC charging piles. It fully complies with national standard charging test specifications and can accurately simulate various working states of the DC charging interface of electric vehicles. Serving as a core supporting device for the R&D and production, factory verification, on-site commissioning and fault detection of charging piles, it is widely applied in new energy vehicle enterprises, charging pile manufacturers, quality inspection institutions and laboratories.
 
This device is centrally adapted to 250A high-current test conditions, equipped with a standard national-standard 250A charging gun socket, and compatible with European-standard 200A charging pile interface, delivering excellent compatibility. Built with a complete interface pin control system, it enables on-off control of all pins including DC+, DC-, PE, S+, S-, CC1, CC2, A+ and A-. It can highly restore the real charging loop, signal interaction and fault working conditions of vehicles, solving the pain points of single interface type and limited simulation scenarios of traditional testing equipment, and providing a realistic and reliable simulation environment for charging pile interoperability testing.
 
In terms of functional design, the ED250A balances professionalism and practicality. Fitted with 4mm standard safety acquisition interfaces, it can collect real-time data of various signals and operating parameters on both sides of switches, accurately capturing signal fluctuations, loop abnormalities and other issues during the charging process. Matched with Zhimao’s dedicated load system, it can fully simulate the battery load state of vehicles and support full-mode tests such as constant voltage, constant current and constant power charging. Meanwhile, it can simulate various fault scenarios including poor contact, pin open circuit and abnormal signals, helping technicians quickly troubleshoot charging pile problems such as communication failures, charging anomalies and start-stop malfunctions.
 
The device strictly follows new energy charging industry standards such as GB/T 27930. Adopting a modular rack-mounted structure, it features a neat layout and stable heat dissipation, suitable for long-term high-intensity continuous testing operations. With a sturdy and durable body structure and strong anti-interference capability, it adapts to complex working conditions including precision laboratory testing and outdoor on-site commissioning.
