09 Jun,2026

The AHY-12 Standard Series is a high-performance AC constant current source adopting SPWM high-frequency pulse width modulation technology. Featuring high precision, excellent stability and strong compatibility, it is widely used in low-voltage electrical appliance testing, scientific research and training, EMC safety tests and other scenarios. It effectively makes up for the deficiencies of traditional power frequency test equipment and serves as an optimal power supply solution for industrial testing and laboratories.

This product boasts remarkable core advantages with superior operational stability and output quality. It supports dual operating modes of constant current and constant voltage, with current and voltage continuously adjustable from zero to the maximum value. The two modes can switch automatically to meet control and protection requirements. Equipped with a quartz crystal oscillator for frequency generation, it achieves a frequency stability of ±0.02% and keeps load voltage fluctuation within ±1%. Combined with high-power IGBT modules, the device features low power loss and an efficiency of over 98%. It can effectively suppress electromagnetic interference and deliver pure sine wave output with a total harmonic distortion of only 2%, fully complying with strict waveform requirements for precision testing. In addition, it provides fast transient response and strong resistance to load variation, restoring stable operation rapidly under full load connection and disconnection.

In terms of load adaptability and operational performance, this constant current source is highly compatible with resistive, capacitive, inductive and non-linear loads, and is applicable to special waveform tests containing DC components. It delivers outstanding overload capacity: it can operate at full load continuously and withstand instantaneous impact of 3 times the rated current without voltage drop. A comprehensive safety protection system integrates over-voltage, over-current, over-temperature and short-circuit protection. It will automatically cut off output and trigger an alarm under abnormal conditions to protect both equipment and operators. It offers flexible frequency options: 50Hz and 60Hz are standard configurations, while frequencies ranging from 100Hz to 400Hz are optional for special tests such as interlayer withstand voltage tests on transformers and coils.

The complete model lineup covers a full range from low to high current. It is available with single-phase 220V or three-phase 380V input according to power rating, and the maximum output voltage reaches 3000V. Terminal posts and high-current copper busbars are adopted for wiring to fit different current specifications. Fitted with a high-definition LED display, the device clearly shows parameters including voltage, current, frequency, power and power factor. The measurement accuracy of voltage and current is 0.5% FS±5dgt with high resolution, and the current transformer reaches a precision class of 0.2S. Built-in RS232C/485 communication interfaces enable intelligent control. Customization on output voltage and overall dimensions is available upon request. The unit adopts forced air cooling, with operating noise below 60 decibels and an IPX20 protection rating. It can work steadily in conventional industrial environments with temperatures from 0℃ to 45℃ and relative humidity between 0% and 90%.

Different from traditional test systems built with voltage regulators, step-up transformers and current regulators, the AHY-12 Series is free from power grid frequency restrictions and supports tests at 50Hz, 60Hz, 400Hz and other frequencies. It eliminates repeated manual debugging and greatly improves testing efficiency and data accuracy. Currently, this product is extensively applied in performance verification of low-voltage electrical appliances such as circuit breakers, contactors, fuses and current transformers. It also serves aerospace, military electronics, university training and other fields, acting as a core supporting device for modern electrical testing production lines and professional laboratories.
